Our services begin well before the event day. Whether you have 5 children or over 500, we will coordinate everything from activities to entertainment and more to create a fun and engaging experience for children of all ages.
Your dedicated office program manager will oversee all planning, and our team even packs and ships all needed supplies.
Just provide a room, and we’ll handle the rest—your involvement is up to you.
Registration & Payment
From payment to confirmations, we handle it all so you can focus on the rest of your event. We’ll help by:
- Setting up a custom online registration & payment portal tailored to your event
- Collecting payments from parents based on the price you choose, with the funds being credited back to help offset the program fee
- Creating a link and/or QR code for you to share on websites, emails, and other promotional materials
- Providing weekly updates so you know who registered & paid
Program Essentials
From the basics to the fun details, we cover everything to keep all children happy and entertained during the event.
In addition to your office program manager, you’ll have an on-site manager to handle everything throughout the event.
Our programs also include:
- A theme to spark children’s imaginations

Entertainment & Add-Ons

Post-Event Overview
We want to make sure you have everything you need related to your program, so that you have a helpful reference for the next time you need childcare services.
After your successful event, our team will provide you with a comprehensive program overview, featuring key statistics such as daily attendance and participant age demographics. You will also receive parent questionnaires and photo pages that further capture the essence of the program.
