Increase Event Participation
There are people out there—members of your association, exhibitors at your show, employees of your company—who cannot or will not travel without their children. By offering a children’s program, you can attract more dual-income families and single parents, delivering a significant return on your investment.
Build Goodwill with Attendees
Appeal to the growing number of professionals who extend business travel to include family vacations. Show attendees you care about their whole family, not just their business needs.
Gain a Competitive Edge
A KiddieCorp children’s program gives your event more appeal than one without. If parents have a choice between two events, they’re more likely to choose the one that takes care of their family. And the best part? We’re happy to help you market it.
Spend Less Valuable Time Planning
Once your program is booked, we handle everything from parent registration to setup and coordination with the venue, taking the entire process off your plate. Our experienced managers follow a detailed checklist to ensure every detail is covered, so you can focus on other aspects of your event while we manage the children’s program.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of insurance do you have?
KiddieCorp carries the highest level of insurance in the industry, with a $7 million liability policy in effect for all our programs.
What ages of children can you care for?
We provide fun-filled programs for children as young as 6 weeks and as old as 17 years. Additionally, KiddieCorp offers specialized programs for older children and adults with special needs, ensuring that all participants have an enjoyable and safe experience.
Are the staff local?
Yes, the staff at each program is local to the city of the event. Our on-site managers are the only people who travel for our events. The staff at our events are our trained employees, not independent contractors.
What exactly do you provide for the kids, and what activities will they do?
KiddieCorp provides all the necessary materials for a fun-filled program, including arts and crafts, board games, manipulatives, and active play items. Children will engage in a variety of activities, such as craft projects, story time, building with Legos, group games, music, tents and tunnels, and theme-based activities that keep them entertained throughout the day.
What happens when a child gets upset?
KiddieCorp’s team is diverse in age, gender, and background, allowing us to comfort even the most hesitant children and help them engage in activities. Our team members are trained to redirect attention and provide comfort to children who may be upset. If we are unable to calm a child, we will notify the parent. While parents are not required to pick up their child, we believe in keeping them informed if their child is having a difficult time.
Can we take the children outside?
Yes, if the venue can provide a safe outdoor space, we can take the children outside. KiddieCorp can also arrange for off-site tours, entertainment, and activity rentals (like inflatable jumps, arcade games, etc.). If it’s in your budget, we can make it happen—our creativity knows no limits!
Can parents register their children with you directly?
Yes, KiddieCorp can handle the full registration process. A registration form and online link can be created specifically for your group. We can also collect payments directly from parents to be applied to the childcare program fee.
How would you handle an emergency situation?
All managers are CPR/First Aid certified and trained to handle emergencies specific to the venues we work in. They carry an emergency preparedness manual at all times. Before each event, we conduct an on-site security meeting with the venue’s head of security to ensure we’re aligned on emergency protocols and any special needs of the children’s program.
