I have been working for KiddieCorp for 22 years and as a program manager for 20 years of that time. 

I have been in the child care field for 35 years. With experience from running a Family Childcare Home, working for Child Care centers, Nanny for a family, and now with KiddieCorp.

Working with children is my passion. At KiddieCorp I create engaging programs for children. While giving the parents peace of mind that their children are safe and are having a fun time while they are busy at their event

Working mothers often face significant challenges balancing motherhood with their professions. Kiddiecorp addresses this issue by enabling mothers to participate in job conferences without the stress of childcare concerns. This service also allows parents to attend such events together, promoting a more inclusive family dynamic. With over eleven years of experience in management, I have seen firsthand the positive impact our services deliver. I am grateful to be part of a company that allows parents to focus on their work. At the same time, I transform conference rooms into welcoming spaces, supporting development through age-appropriate activities for children by encouraging learning and play.

I began my journey with KiddieCorp in 2009, just after returning from a year of teaching in South Korea, which coincided with the exciting news that I was expecting my first bundle of joy. Since joining the team, I have genuinely felt proud to be a part of this company. The culture at KiddieCorp is incredibly inclusive and supportive, creating a family-like atmosphere that makes every employee feel valued. The administrators genuinely listen to our feedback, making meaningful changes that align with the company’s mission, while also keeping us in mind. It’s reassuring to know that we work in a comfortable and safe environment, where everyone’s voice matters.

When I first joined Kiddie Corp, I knew I was stepping into something special—but I didn’t fully understand just how deeply it would impact my life until I experienced it firsthand. Now, in my second year as a manager, I can say with full confidence: Kiddie Corp is more than just a childcare service. It’s a mission, a family, and a purpose-driven organization that I’m incredibly proud to be a part of!

 I have the privilege of leading a team that shares my passion for nurturing young minds and creating a safe, joyful, and enriching environment for every child who walks through our doors.
